You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OVERMAN Coaching. You confirm your age at signup. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
▍ the service
OVERMAN Coaching is a personal training, nutrition and health tracker. It is provided free while the product is built out; a paid plan may be introduced. Your data stays yours regardless.
▍ not medical advice
OVERMAN Coaching stores and charts only what you choose to enter, and presents it back to you. Nothing in the app — including calculated values (estimated blood levels, calorie and macro targets, reconstitution or ester math), AI-generated training plans, AI check-in analyses, and marker descriptions — is medical, pharmacological, diagnostic, or treatment advice, and none of it is professional coaching. It is informational only. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or other licensed professional. Always consult a licensed doctor before making decisions about your health, training, nutrition, supplements, or any substance. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or calculated in OVERMAN Coaching.
▍ PED, AAS and peptide features — informational tracking only
OVERMAN Coaching includes optional tools for recording cycles, anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS), and peptides. These exist purely so you can track and review information you choose to record. OVERMAN Coaching does not encourage, promote, endorse, recommend, or facilitate obtaining or using any controlled, prescription, or performance-enhancing substance; it does not generate or suggest doses, cycles, compounds, or protocols; and the reference material it provides is general, harm-reduction-oriented information, not instructions or advice.
Anabolic steroids and many peptides are prescription-only or controlled substances in most jurisdictions, and their misuse carries serious health and legal risks. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Using these tracking features does not imply that any activity you record is safe, legal, or advisable.
▍ assumption of risk & release
Training, nutrition changes, supplementation, and the use of any substance carry inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, or death. By using OVERMAN Coaching you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks. Any plan, target, estimate, description, or other information you obtain from OVERMAN Coaching (including AI-generated content) is used entirely at your own risk and on your own judgement, after consulting appropriate professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the operator from, and agree not to hold the operator liable for, any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on anything in it.
▍ your account & data
You're responsible for your password and for activity under your account. One person per account; you can run multiple athlete profiles. Don't access other accounts' data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or host unlawful content. Everything you log belongs to you; paid accounts can export a full JSON backup, and deleting your account permanently removes every profile, record and photo it owns.
▍ no warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Availability and data retention are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from use of — or inability to use — the service, and total liability is limited to the amount (if any) you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
▍ changes
These terms may change as the product evolves; material changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use OVERMAN Coaching after a change means you accept it. Governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
