▍ what overman coaching stores

Your account (name, email, date of birth and 18+ confirmation, a salted password hash — never the password itself) and what you log: workouts, programs, body measurements, progress photos, nutrition, habits, supplements, bloodwork, cycle and injection records, and supplement-stack inventory.

▍ sensitive health data

Much of what you log is sensitive personal health information — including data you may enter about medications, hormones, and performance-enhancing substances. Handling that data with care is exactly why OVERMAN Coaching is self-hosted on a single server rather than a cloud platform, is scoped strictly to your account, and is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to profile you. You choose what to enter; you can delete any of it, or your whole account, at any time.

▍ where it lives

On a single self-hosted server, in a local database — not with a cloud analytics vendor. Encrypted off-site backups protect against hardware failure. No third party receives your data, with one narrow exception: if you use the optional AI features (plan generation, check-in analysis, bloodwork PDF import), the relevant excerpts are sent to Anthropic's API to produce the result and are subject to their API data handling; AI features are opt-in per use, never background. Optional push notifications go to the ntfy topic you configure.

▍ cookies

Two, both functional: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie remembering which profile is active. No advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.

▍ who can see what

Your data is scoped to your account — other accounts can't see it. If you create a public share link for a profile, anyone holding that link can view that profile's snapshot and submit check-ins until you revoke it. The instance admin can administer accounts (issue password-reset links, mark emails verified) but signs in like anyone else.

▍ your controls

Export any profile as JSON from its profile page. Manage active sessions (and sign out other devices) from your account page. Deleting your account erases every profile, row and photo it owns — immediately and permanently. Residual copies age out of encrypted backups on the normal backup rotation.

▍ age

OVERMAN Coaching is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to hold an account; we record your date of birth and 18+ confirmation from signup, and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
