OVERMAN is private — it's the platform my coaching runs on, not an open signup app. Coaching clients get their dashboard, share link and the phone app as part of coaching. Want to run it for your own self-coached training? Request access and tell me what you're after — I set accounts up personally.
❯Is coaching fully online?
Yes — coaching is remote. You get a private dashboard and check-in link, and we stay in contact between check-ins.
❯Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. Your program is built around what you have — full gym, home setup, or minimal kit. Tell me in your application.
❯How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is offered in ongoing monthly blocks. Current pricing and package options are shared once I've reviewed your application and we've confirmed it's a fit.
❯How long until I see results?
That depends on your starting point and consistency. The point of weekly check-ins is that we catch what's working early and double down — and change course fast when something isn't.
